Booking terms, in plain words.

Requests and confirmation. A request on this site is not a confirmed booking until we reply to confirm availability. Prices shown are "from" prices in TTD and are confirmed in that reply. US$ figures are approximate.

Payment. Pay in cash (TTD or USD), by bank transfer, or by card through a payment link. Some boat trips and peak-season dates need a deposit to hold the spot; we tell you before you pay.

Cancellation. Cancel 48 hours or more before the start for a full refund of any deposit. Inside 48 hours deposits are kept, except where we cancel.

Weather and safety. Captains and guides make the final call on sea and road conditions. If we cancel, you choose a new date or a full refund of anything paid.

Your responsibilities. Tell us about non-swimmers, medical conditions, pregnancy and children's ages when booking. Follow crew instructions and wear the life jackets provided. Guests under the influence may be refused for safety without refund.

Third-party suppliers. Some experiences, stays and events are delivered by partner operators. We choose them carefully and remain your point of contact throughout.
